• Check-in and Check-out out-of-hours (+/- 2h max respect to standard times) only on request, subject to approval, with a € 7 supplement.
• It is necessary to communicate the estimated estimated time of arrival (Ex: 17.30-18.30)

Policy FOR STANDAR RATE RESERVATIONS

• Free Cancellation is possible up to 15 days before arrival;
• For cancellations or changes from the 14th day (included) till the 1st day prior to the expected date of arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total is due;
• In case of no-show, or cancellation during the arrival day, a penalty of 100% of the total is due;

• For DISCOUNTED non-refundable rate reservations in case of modify or cancelation there is no refund

• The request for advance payment or deposit varies according to the type of rate chosen.
THE PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE FOR BOOKINGS WITH STANDARD RATE MAKES DURING THE STAY, POSSIBLE DEPOSITS OR CREDIT CARD DATA ARE ONLY TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION.
• The payment of the stay will be made upon check-in at the facility, preferably in cash.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the partial or total amount at any time.
